Beyounge ("we", "our", "us") collects information necessary to provide AI fitness recommendation and tracking services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and optional profile avatar.
• Biometrics & Fitness Logs: Height, body weight, exercise sets/reps/loads, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), heart rate variability (HRV), and step count.
• Nutrition & Photo Data: Meal photographs submitted for visual AI macro recognition. Photos are processed strictly for nutritional analysis and are not shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process personal data solely to:

• Generate personalized AI workout routines, rep progression targets, and deload alerts.
• Calculate daily caloric and macro targets.
• Synchronize workout logs across your personal registered devices.
• Improve our exercise prediction models using anonymized aggregate telemetry.

3. Data Protection & Security

All data transmitted between the Beyounge Android app, website, and our cloud database is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption at rest and in transit. Biometric data is stored in isolated, access-controlled database tables.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards, you have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your personal data at any time. You can initiate instant account deletion directly inside the app settings or via our Data Deletion Request Page.
